01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using For the Felt (the “Site”) and any of its tools, charts, solvers, simulators, or related materials (collectively, the “Tools”), you agree to be bound by this Usage and Privacy Policy (this “Policy”). If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not access or use the Site or the Tools.

02 Educational and Informational Purpose Only

The Site and all Tools are provided strictly for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes. The Tools, including but not limited to game theory optimal (“GTO”) charts, solvers, and poker simulators, are study aids designed to help users explore strategy concepts and improve their understanding of the game. They are not, and must never be interpreted as, a guarantee, promise, assurance, or prediction of any particular outcome, result, profit, or success.

03 No Guarantee of Results

Poker and all card games involve substantial elements of chance, variance, incomplete information, and human decision making. No chart, solver, simulator, model, or tool can guarantee that you will win, profit, break even, or avoid losses. Theoretical outputs, solved ranges, simulated hands, and past performance do not predict, promise, or guarantee future results. Any reliance you place on the Tools is strictly at your own risk.

04 The Creator Is Not Responsible for Your Play

For the Felt is created, owned, and operated by an individual (the “Creator”). The Creator is in no way responsible for, and accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with, how you choose to play any hand, game, session, or tournament, whether online, in person, for play money, or for real money.

The Creator does not watch, supervise, coach, advise, direct, or participate in your play in any manner. The Creator has no knowledge of and no control over the games you enter, the opponents you face, the stakes you select, the bankroll you risk, or the choices you make at the table. Every action you take at any table, and every decision you make before, during, or after using the Tools, is yours and yours alone.

You accept full, complete, and sole responsibility for your own conduct, your own gameplay, and every consequence and result that flows from them, including without limitation any and all financial losses of any size. Under no circumstances shall the Creator bear any responsibility or liability for the way you play or for anything that happens as a result of your play.

05 The Creator Is Not Responsible for the Solvers, Simulators, or Their Outputs

The charts, solvers, simulators, and all related outputs made available on the Site are provided for general study and practice only. The Creator makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty of any kind, express or implied, that any solver output, simulated result, range, frequency, sizing, recommendation, or chart is accurate, correct, complete, current, optimal, error free, or suitable for any purpose.

Solver and simulator outputs are the product of mathematical models, assumptions, simplifications, abstractions, and inputs that may be incomplete, outdated, mistaken, or simply wrong, and that may not correspond to any real game, opponent, format, or situation you actually encounter. The Tools may contain bugs, miscalculations, programming errors, display errors, or other defects.

The Creator is in no way responsible for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, defects, or failures in the Tools, the solvers, the simulators, or any output they produce, nor for any reliance you place on them. The Tools are not a poker authority, a coach, or a source of truth. If you study, trust, or act on anything the Tools produce, you do so entirely at your own risk and on your own independent judgment, and the Creator shall bear no liability for the outcome.

06 Not Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, gambling, or other professional advice. The Tools are not a substitute for the exercise of your own judgment or for advice from a qualified professional. You alone are responsible for your decisions and for the consequences of those decisions.

07 Assumption of Risk

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk associated with your use of the Site and the Tools. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Tools, and any decisions or actions you take based on or influenced by the Tools, are undertaken entirely at your own risk.

You assume full and sole responsibility for all outcomes, including any and all financial losses, that arise from or relate in any way to your use of the Site, the Tools, the solvers, the simulators, or your own gameplay. You agree that the Creator has no duty to protect you from any such risk or loss.

08 Gambling, Legal Compliance, and Age Requirements

Gambling laws differ widely from one jurisdiction to another. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Tools, and any gambling related activity you undertake, is lawful in your location, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction, which may be eighteen, twenty one, or older depending on where you live. The Site does not host, facilitate, accept, or process any real money gambling, wagering, or betting of any kind, and the Creator is not responsible for any gambling activity you choose to engage in.

Solver and GTO outputs are theoretical approximations built on models and assumptions that may not reflect actual game conditions. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of the Site or the Tools, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Tools, including all solvers, simulators, charts, and outputs, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Creator disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non infringement. The Creator does not warrant that the Tools will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, be secure, or be free of errors or defects.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Creator, or any owner, operator, affiliate, or contributor of For the Felt, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or any gambling or gameplay losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, your inability to use, or your reliance on the Site, the Tools, the solvers, the simulators, or any output, even if the Creator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Creator shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and in no event shall exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to access the Tools, which for a freely accessible Site is zero dollars.

13 Release and Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby irrevocably release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Creator, and any owner, operator, affiliate, or contributor of For the Felt, from and for any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, and losses of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, that arise out of or relate in any way to your use of the Site or the Tools, your reliance on any solver or simulator output, or your own gameplay and its results. You agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as the law allows.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Creator, and any owner, operator, affiliate, and contributor of For the Felt, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or the Tools, your gameplay, your reliance on any output of the Tools, your violation of this Policy, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Tools, text, graphics, logos, layout, and design, is owned by the Creator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without express prior written permission.

16 Third Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third party websites and may rely on third party services such as hosting and analytics providers. The Creator does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing third party resources is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
